Below you'll find our rates. We do top-rate work and we do it for a lot less than some of the
other audio transfer services out there.

What we can do for our customers is wholly dependent on the CONDITION of the original
LPs/Cassettes/8 Track/reel-to-reel tapes you send us to be digitized. We will do our best to
get your LPs/cassettes/8 tracks/reel-to-reel tapes in the best possible condition for playback.

Vinylhaven may not be able to digitally restore quality sound to LPs that are severely
scratched or warped or that skip. If any of your LPs are in this level condition we will let you
know prior to recording and digitializing and we can discuss options. Another problem we
cannot fix is the 'off center' spindle hole. This is pretty uncommon, however.

Nor can Vinylhaven properly restore cassettes whose mechanism has failed or whose tape
is stretched. If we receive any tapes in this condition, we will not transfer them but will
contact you immediately to discuss options.

And 8 tracks whose rollers have melted or whose foam backing pads have deteriorated will
not be transferred. We are NOT a repair service. We can, however, recommend a wholly
reliable and reasonably priced 8 track tape repair service: Kate's Track Shack (be sure to tell
them the folks here at Vinylhaven sent you!).

Records that have normal surface wear and dust and some minor scuffs or scratches can
indeed be transferred with results that will astound you! Our cleaning process will usually
eliminate the bulk of the surface noise. Audio filtration will eliminate the rest. Skips and deep
scratches however can rarely, if ever, be fully fixed. We can make even the most banged up

Double Lps/Cassettes/8 Tracks count as 2 Lps. Same goes for triple albums (= 3 Lps). And if
you plan on having us transfer any 4 Lp sets like Chicago IV: Live at Carnegie Hall...yep...(=
4 Lps)

Standard Transfer Service Audio Data transfer using digital software filtration and enhancement; Files transferred onto CD in WAV format. Maximum 74 minutes of music per CD	Your record is thoroughly cleaned TWICE Then digitally transferred to WAV Songs are divided by hand into individual tracks and labelled Then Filtered three times w/ custom audio filtration software Songs are then burned onto high quality name-brand CD or DVD. Basic CD insert card with song titles and artist name is provided	For this service add an additional $6.00 per Lp/Cass/ 8 track to prices above. If you wish an Economy Transfer copy of your LP/Cassette/Tape as well as the Standard Transfer restored version, add $12.00.
LP album art/jacket scan front and back jewel case insert FULL COLOR HIGH QUALITY Canon inkjet reproduction	Your LP jacket is scanned front and back, image carefully 'stitched' and reproduced in glorious full color using an HP flatbed scanner and high quality card stock and inserted as a CD jewel case insert card.	For this service (highly recommended if you are transferring from LP to WAV format and want a CD version of each LP/Cassette/8 Track) we charge an additional $5.00 per LP/Cass/8 track If you would like the gatefold of a double LP scanned and reproduced it will cost an additional $4.00
45 RPM singles or any individual tracks off LP/Tape to CDR RE: 12'' singles: Generally 'singles' run at 45 speed and have one song on the 'A' Side and one, or perhaps two short, weird songs (read: dub mixes) on the flip side. If a 12'' single runs at 33.3 speed and the time on each side exceeds 12 minutes, it's considered an LP for pricing purposes.	Your record is thoroughly cleaned TWICE Then digitally transferred to WAV Then Filtered three times w/ custom audio filtration software Songs are divided into individual tracks, labelled, then burned onto high quality name-brand CD or DVD.Basic CD insert card with song titles and artist name is provided	$2.50 per track with a maximum of 18 songs per CDR. $4.50 per track if you wish digital restoration with a maximum of 18 songs per CDR (if fewer than 18 songs, then cost will be pro-rated at $2.50 (direct transfer) or $4.50 (restored transfer) per track plus a $1.50 CDR fee) if fewer than 5 songs.
